This is a template to track your stools.

It is a simple database with options for color, shape, if blood is present and a spot for notes.

It’s not the most glorious task to keep track of your stools but sometimes it’s necessary to help you live a healthy life. If you see blood, have stomach pains often, have a change in shape often, see a color other than brown or anything that could be concerning, please talk to a doctor.
